REFUND
POLICY

According to Evoque’s terms and conditions, if an event is rescheduled, your ticket will remain valid for the new date. If you are unable to attend on the new date, you may request a refund of the ticket price.

 

Please note that service, handling, administration, and membership fees are non-refundable. Tickets are generally not eligible for a refund if the cancellation is initiated by the attendee. In addition, tokens purchased at the venue are non-refundable.
